DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The products you order are sent to your address with Yurtiçi Cargo within 1-3 working days. The delivery time is as long as the delivery times provided by Yurtiçi Cargo company after the delivery notification to the cargo to be sent following the order confirmation e-mail. Delivery times may differ depending on regions outside the city centers.
In regions where the cargo company delivers once a week, there may be a delay in the specified day in cases such as inaccuracies or deficiencies in the shipping information, some social events and natural disasters. Siren Ertan Istanbul cannot be held responsible for these delays. If the product is to be delivered to another person/organization from the Buyer, Siren Ertan Istanbul is not responsible for the extra shipping costs that may arise from the person/organization to be delivered not accepting the delivery, inaccuracy in the shipping information and/or the Buyer's absence. If the product/products did not reach the Buyer within the specified days, delivery problems should be reported to Siren Ertan Istanbul by calling the customer service line.
After the confirmation of your order, you can view your orders via the "My Account" link, have information about their status, and track the cargo after it has been shipped.
Orders placed online on our website are checked periodically every day, at certain times during the day, within the time specified in the order form. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the next day, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
In case of damaged package; damaged packages should not be received and a report should be made to the Cargo Company official. If the courier company official thinks that the package is not damaged, the Buyer should request that the package be opened there and checked that the products were delivered undamaged and that the situation be determined with a report. After the package is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the damaged package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported by adding a report to Siren Ertan Istanbul [email protected] email address as soon as possible, together with the copy of the report remaining with the Buyer.
